Toxic - Recensione dipendente - Academic Mentor presso Oda Class

Worst ever experience. Very very toxic.First of all they are completely fooling people. They will hire you for academic mentor role saying that you need to mentor the students,clearing doubts,taking doubt classes etc but after joining they will give you the sales work along with previously mentioned works.basically you have to call parents and convince them for purchasing the course, a typical sales person role and there will be strict targets and if you are unable to meet those then they will terminate anytime or sometimes they will even deduct your salary too.long working hour.no leave. everyday mental torture with targets.Even after the coming back to office also you have to keep your phone on for receiving parents calls.no proper holidays,no casual/sick leave nothing.sometimes you have to work on Sundays also.very very bad culture.salary is not good.moreover they do not respect their employees at all.only thing they want is more enrollments.No job security at all,anytime termination without any prior notice.Work life balance is zero.Growth is zero.so be careful if you are starting your career from here.Overall experience was very very bad.
