Low pay inhuman conditions - Recensione dipendente - Driver/Courier presso Oda

-Low pay compared to other same field companies -Poor management. There is significantly big hole between lower personal who is doing the hardest job and the higher management. You cant even get a meeting with them unless you threaten. -Management absolutely have no idea what they are doing, drivers are constantly on sick leaves because of inhuman working conditions created by them. a) Before work starting time was 7-8am, than 6, which is also ok, but to gain bigger profits now working time start at 4-5am b) stops per route increased from 30 to 45 -Knee, hips etc health problems -No reaction of constant asking for career growth
