-Small company so everyone knows your name. -Collaborative team environment.

-It's a smaller company so we had to figure out some systems and processes as we went, but overall it was a great experience.

I found it to be a very supportive atmosphere and would work for them for sure in the future if given the opportunity.

They've started growing fairly recently so they're still organizing in terms of HR and company structure. The disorganization can sometimes be a little confusing, but you can usually figure out what's needed and try to either help if you can or find the right person.
