Meh - Recensione dipendente - Tech Support presso Odin

I enjoy working at Odin. Employees are give the freedom to work on whatever projects they like. Established company so there's not a ton of stress. Fantastic work life balance. A close-knit team that enjoy working with each other.

Eccentric desktop apps. Lack of communication from certain remote employees.

People were nice and my coworkers were good at working as a team.

The boss was open to new ideas but didn't care to pay people for the job they were doing. He also offered less money to start to the female employees then the male. When I was going to go full time he refused to pay me as much as I was making as a contractor let alone the fair rate for my work.
