Highly professional and humble people. I appreciate the management for managing the complete Covid period.As much I know there was no salary cut or job losses in odiware during covid. Rather 15 days salary was given in advance on request basis.

Cons: Some virtual team building activities to be planned considering wfh will continue for longer period

Management not always rigid to their own demand from employees. For e.g. should ask the employees to come to office more frequently in stead of allowing more wfh.
