There's a noticeable disconnect between teams, and the work often feels very siloed. Cross-team collaboration is extremely minimal. Despite having strong Account Managers & Sales Representatives, senior leadership often joins client meetings, which not only creates confusion around roles but can also come across as a lack of trust in the team's ability to handle relationships independently. Feedback culture is poor - it's rarely given, and when it is, it isn't always welcomed. No structured career progression - no 1:1s, or learning/development tools to support growth at the company. Targets set were often unrealistic, which led to unnecessary stress and burnout. There is no transparency around company revenue, performance, or strategic direction. Similarly, there is no clear mission, vision or company values.
