Not Compensated According to my Duties - Recensione dipendente - Senior Acquisition Analyst presso Odyssey Systems

In my position, I was put in charge of an action group that has 5 other employees. I was not offered any pay bump, even though I communicated very clearly that in a new leadership position, I should be paid accordingly. I received a solid though average annual raise, but not even close to the amount that should be paid in my position.
