Competitive pay, great work-life balance, but "a rut" in terms of acquiring knowledge/carreer - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Oetker Group

Vantaggi

Work-life balance is great: 9 to 5 schedule with some occasions when overtime is needed. In general, the atmosphere is nice (though it greatly varies depending on department and manager) and most of the colleagues are ok.

Svantaggi

Reduced knowledge sharing (the employees who could teach others a thing or two are too busy, avoid sharing knowledge or both), reduced communication, rigidity. Many managers and employees in key positions hold on tight to their interests/positions and neglect developing their valuable people, while cutting a few select some slack. A lot of politics and egos/internal conflicts.

Vantaggi

Family friendly hours, great benefits, good line of products and reasonable working environment.

Svantaggi

Way too much politics involved. Very slow to make important and needed decisions. Rigid processes with way too many people involved and not conducive to entrepreneurial behavior . A culture of "rank and file"is also another huge problem...

Vantaggi

Benefits package is quite competitive. Team I worked on was great and I learned a great deal in a short period of time.

Svantaggi

Leadership seriously lacks people skills; more focused on progressing their own careers rather than on developing their employees. Minimal knowledge-sharing, outdated procedures, poor employee morale, high staff turnover, lack of growth opportunities or opportunities for professional development.
