Lack of communication and fast dismissal - Recensione dipendente - Engineer presso OffWorld

The affiliations of the company were disconnected from the main office. There were no specific alignments and directions on what to focus, no communication. Getting a collaboration from US was a nightmare as people were overloaded and company being understaffed. One day, all of a sudden, I was called to the country managers office and heard that I was dismissed at that moment. No reason or no documentation as to why. No words. Just thanking my contribution. My laptop and badge was taken in the next 2 minutes. I couldn't say goodbye to my colleagues. I was totally lost, completely down in mood. I had the most disappointing dismissal in my life. Hope nobody experiences it this way.
