This is not a place to grow your career, because management is more concerned about keeping complacent workers who aren't willing to speak up and fight for what they believe in. Also, the work is not very impactful and you will find yourself bored. The company has no ambition to become the best at what they do. In the last few months, tons of senior employees have left the company because there really isn't a future here. You will also find that the office is extremely quiet and low-energy. Many of the employees are unhappy here but are afraid of speaking out. There are many people here with a lot of experience but have barely advanced their careers because there is no upwards mobility here.
