Oboarding time for me was slightly longer since I OB right before the US Holidays however, I was supported every step of the way without being bombarded with tons of "do it yourselfs". No stocks and can't speak much to quarterly bonuses but considering the current 2022-2023 market, the company stability is more of a welcome. The software will be much more user- friendly/smarter however it is still very young.
