They based their annual appraisal on the industry standard which is the 3/4/5 percent but not align the salaries of their operators.
Clients would give hundreds of dollars of salary allowance just for the company to convert it to the exchange rate of 45 pesos.

Advise to employees here in obp. Dont be scared to leave this company. Theres a lot of companies who would take better carw of you.
