Really exciting work, lots of engagement, brilliant team, great place to live, never a dull moment. Chance to be innovative and curious and creative.

Massive changes to plans on a whim with no input on those who actually have a stake and knowledge. Many folks felt invisible from upper management, they’ll walk past you like you’re not even there as the CEO doesn’t have time to say hello to the peons. So much nepotism and cronyism - and lots of ‘yes’ people there do the bidding of higher ups even if they have no idea what they are doing. Some really dumb plans costing lots of money.
