Here's the deal. They've been bought and sold by two private equity groups who stripped them down to nothing. They offer little or no support services to their employees or customers. The sales manager has never sold a thing in his life, nor has the new president. They don't know a thing about their industry. The head of marketing and development never finishes a project so you must look in several different places before quoting a customer. They raised their prices, removing the only "value-add" to our competition.
