Upper management does not seem to care about employees and will work them hard until burn out. The company has high turnover rates and a lack of systems in place. At Ohly you will have little to no support from management, some folks have been with the company long enough to offer support and ideas of how things were done when there were systems. HR is something to be desired at the company and offers VERY little, but mostly, no support.
