      Cruciale processen moeten het wel doen. Je hebt vrijheid maar als jij toevallig het meeste weet van iets en het werkt niet. Moet je het analyseren of oplossen zodat klanten van Ohpen (grote financiële banken) verder kunnen. Dat het dan toevallig ook 18.00 uur is en je naar huis wilt doet dan niet ter zake. Indien je hier niet tegen kunt is Ohpen niet de juiste werkgever :-)
