I started at the company some years ago, and learned a lot. I really liked the informal and the various backgrounds of the colleagues. The secundair benifits like free kickbox lessons and yoga appealed to me a lot. I worked at formal companies before, and when I started at ohpen, the CEO Chris Zadeh, gave me a very good feeling and made me feel like I was part of a family. I worked with pleasure, but at one point its time to move on and seak different opertunities to grow again. Ohpen shaped me to be the developer as I am today.

This is not a minus, but ohpen is not for the weak ones. It's a high level working environment with the best-of-the-best professionals. Work hard, play hard. Ohpen is not like any other conpany: when the management expect things to be done, then you have to go all the way to make this happen, no matter what it takes. You need persistence, skills and mentality to do this. Hard work is being appreciated in different ways, and shape you to become a better professional.
