Pretty much everything about them is a pro

(It’s a salaried job so you get paid for forty hours every week even when off.) but if you work 80 hrs in a week the 40 OT pay may range from $15-$8 an hr. Use personal vehicle. Truck allowance isn’t enough to offset the depreciation for amount of miles put on.
