Vantaggi
The office was centrally located, you get an iPad during your 'employment' period.
Svantaggi
During my time there, I've seen and even overheard few management discussions, okay.com actually tempting it's employees to recruit other agents from other companies constantly, by giving the agent a percentage of his successful recruits, many fall for it and do so, as the income is very low and they look for income alternatives. BUT, I overheard the management plan for it, they 'recruit' people and I say 'recruit' because they do not pay anything to it's employees, but once lured in the new consultant will be trained on their system, particularly on how to add his contact list of potential clients which the okay.com will forever retain ... and how to add new landlords/owners and same applies for the other consultants he's asked to recruit (Pyramid Scheme!), as a result the database of okay.com is being fed with new data and growing free of charge for the company when their master plan is, to basically sell off their database and eventually the company at the employee's expense, this is a very sneaky company, think twice before you provide them with all your clients - you won't be getting anything in return and you help them to achieve their goal which you won't be rewarded for at all.
