Leadership lacks ability to prioritize work effectively, staff teams appropriately, and high priority projects had little to no actual value to customer or were made by off the cuff CEO/CRO decisions. Whiplash trying to juggle constant pivots. Pay was decent (though raises were not), but not worth the stress.
