The lack of transparency from management is causing alot of speculation that drives fear and paranoia. There are plans for further reorg but asia management is not forward with communication thus causing panic in teams on job security, driving individuals to play games rather than work on driving outcomes. The constant reorg and restructuring results in inconsistent testing of strategies of markets which then leads to failures Lack of accountability across teams resulting in finger pointing and extremely low collaboration in cross functional teams
