Alright Work Experience - Recensione dipendente - Graphic Designer presso Old Guard Graphics

No benefits other than 5 Paid Time Off days a year and 401k. No paid sick time off, not insurances of any kind, no vacation time other than the 5 PTO days. Unstructured working environment - no structure to workflow making process kind of inefficient. Little to no schedule flexibility. Pretty unclean workspace (very dusty, general gunk, etc.) - lack of care for work environment.
