Absolutely terrible pay, ridiculous business models that they force even when it makes no sense and causes extreme discomfort for their employees. Plus, they will hire extremely rude employees and put them in frontline customer service positions, and make excuses for them when they treat their coworkers poorly. Old National Bancorp acquired my previous employer and I left two months after the acquisition. Worst bank I have ever worked for, and I have now worked for eight banks. The final nail in the coffin was forcing the employees that make less than $20 an hour at a skilled position to take a pay cut to fund the paid leave law in Minnesota, when zero of the higher-ups took one. That was a punch in the gut and a slap in the face at the same time. I would not recommend working or banking here to anyone.
