Where to begin? These reviews have said it all - and they're not written by bitter former employees (I quit, wasn't fired) after eight months at this company. Like a former reviewer stated, management is not strong. They do not provide a solid foundation for new employees, expecting immediate perfection - yet they hire people with no legal experience. If you enjoy being berated and having people being condescending all day, by all means, work here. Reading a client file every single you have to work on a new brief is insane - I hauled four at a time with both arms and couldn't see where I was going, many are that thick. If you miss a tiny highlighted piece of information in that stack of 45 pages you're reading before you can even start your work - expect to hear about it, loudly. I watched 4 or 5 people get fired in the middle of the day without warning and have to be walked out. It's humiliating. Luckily I quit before they conjured a reason to do that me, but I do remember the insane turnover of employees and one employee just up and leaving one day, never to return - that seriously happened. Best of luck if you decide you need a job badly enough to work for this firm.
