The culture of the company is not good at all for junior individuals, as there is no opportunity for improvement. No training is provided and immediately so many things are put in new hire's staff plate without proper direction or handover process in place. Unfortunately, employees are mostly getting overwhelmed and quit the job then after.

Good to gain some experience
