Vantaggi
I worked at Omaze for over four years and it was a life-changing experience. When I started there were 15 of us working in an apartment in Venice Beach and when I left Omaze had grown into a charity fundraising powerhouse that raised over $100,000,000 for non-profits while still maintaining the same World Changer culture it had on day one. Omaze is a company that cares about its employees in a way I’ve never experienced with my previous employers. There is regular training for managers and junior team members, an education stipend, company volunteer days (we helped build a house with Habitat for Humanity), happy hours and team activities. Everyone who works there is engaged and cares and many are now my good friends. I found the work to be incredibly fulfilling, both because of its impact and also the nature of the work. Because Omaze is executing dozens of campaigns across entertainment, sports, automotive and more at the same time, each day presented exciting new opportunities and challenges that shaped my skills in an unprecedented way. It’s also a company that values intrapreneurship, with opportunities to innovate, rise up and be rewarded for taking the initiative. The work of disrupting charity fundraising is tough and Omaze is a fast-paced startup that is constantly growing and evolving. If you are looking for a challenge that will help you grow professionally and you have a passion for making the world a better place, it’s a great company to work at.
