- Interview had no structure and job description looked like it was downloaded from Google. What was promised during interview isn't what's been rolled out in my time. - Supply chain manager- has No manufacturing experience / No managing people experience and No planning experience. Not open minded to resolutions. - Functioning on " how things have always been done" rather than open to ideas for improvement. - Nepotism, it's not what you know but very much who you know. - No flexibility as promised on interview. - Supply chain manager is not a team oriented "manager" very selective on favourites with special treatments.
