Micromanagement is bad here. The supervisors also will lie straight to your face. Will say something one week, and the next week say they never said that even with multiple witnesses. No appreciation or care for their employees, benefits are not good and are too expensive. They also give short notice of mass layoffs. They will use you until they have no use for you anymore. It's a production based job and all they care about are numbers. You are lucky to be able to use the restroom since they reprimand you for time gaps. Just a horrible place to work. I would not recommend this job.
