As a company, Omni really believes in their associates. One of my favorite things is that everyone knows each other's names. It doesn't matter what department you are in. Everyone makes an effort to get to know those around the hotel. Omni also has a very strong company culture, which translates into all realms of business... including how people treat each other and guests. I couldn't be happier to work for Omni Hotels. I really enjoy coming to work each day!

The property offers excellent amenities that enhance the overall guest experience. The HR team is approachable and supportive, contributing to a positive work environment. There are great transfer opportunities available for career growth within the organization. The guest recognition survey is a great tool for acknowledging exceptional service, and front desk management is consistently supportive and engaged.

Multiple agents have reported that they did not receive or received little training before actually working a full shift independently. The week-to-week scheduling structure makes it challenging to plan personal appointments and errands, as schedules are not provided far enough in advance. Group resumes do not clearly highlighted key details and important notes relevant to the front office team. A lot of pressure on the front desk for group arrivals and in house guests when important information is delayed to the team.
