Great team of coworkers who are helpful, friendly, and easy to get along with. Business casual but you can wear jeans Monday through Friday if you like. A good place to get your foot in the door into the insurance industry.

Little to no room for advancement. The company prefers to bring in new people instead of promote from within. Decent pay for a customer service position. Very small year end raises. Expected to take on more and more responsibility with no pay increases. Consistently understaffed.
