After working for a couple of political and toxic organizations, Omnilert has been a breath of fresh air. The culture and actions of the company show that leadership truly values the people (employees and customers). The organization is growing quickly and has an exciting new industry-leading AI product that helps save lives. You get to show up to work each day knowing your work makes a material impact on something meaningful! The culture is excellent; people are empowered to do their jobs, trusted, and given a lot of flexibility (remote options, etc). The team is full of talented people with great attitudes, and as the company expands, it is clear there will be a lot of opportunities for career growth, given the business's trajectory. I couldn't recommend Omnilert enough; it's a great place to work!

Omnilert is a fast growing company that opporates more like a start up, this can be a con for some that need a lot of handholding, however this is a dream environment for any self starter that wants to make an impact, grow professionally and be more strategically involved in an organization, rather than feeling like a cog in a wheel.

The team at Omnilert are terrific - hardworking pros who genuinely care about offering outstanding services and products for their customers. The team members are cooperative and collaborative - celebrating each other's successes and pitching in when problems arise. As technology leaders in the space, they've put together a full-featured product. At the management level, there is a clear vision of the future and a good road map for getting there. Overall an excellent working environment.
