The icing on the cake in this company is its people. I've never worked in such a friendly, open and honest culture. From day one I could approach anyone, from the leadership team to individuals. No question was too small, and no problem was too challenging. Everyone always makes time for each other and supports without question. It's an environment that surrounds you with professionals who are passionate about their work but lack any ego attached to their success. It provides a brilliant culture to collaborate within and every project we've delivered feels like a group effort. During my time here I've been developed and promoted to a senior role. Furthermore, I’ve had opportunities to branch out into other parts of the business, upskilling and gaining experience. The company continues to demonstrate a willingness to listen, adapt and implement actions aimed at giving us the best working environment. I generally don't think this is a con, but as a creative studio, you need to be ready for a fast pace environment with high standards. This can differ from some internal in-house L&D teams. Although growing, the business is still of a size where everyone's input makes a real difference. The teams enjoy and thrive in this setup but it's essential to understand this is a target environment in which everyone needs to deliver in their role.
