I feel myself very lucky to have found Omniplex Learning. When I started, Omniplex Learning was only 42 employees just 18-months ago and now we've grown to over 80! Omniplex Learning environment and culture is one of striving for excellence. This is both towards the service we give to clients but also how staff are treated. Everyone here is happy, helpful and all pushing in the same direction. If you have the passion, drive and ability then you will be offered the chance to progress your career. For example, I started as a Pre-Sales consultant and was given the opportunity to move into Management. I then let my Manager know how I'd like to develop in my career and so then shifted focus to Product Management where I am learning constantly. We are still a small company, but we have big ambitions and this is reflected in the improvements to staff benefits such as free Private Medical Insurance, Birthday holiday and the flexibility to buy and sell leave. I'd highly recommend Omniplex Learning to anyone that is offered a job here as you won't regret it!
