It's a true meritocracy, there is as much work available as you would like, and opportunities to work on enterprise accounts early on in your career if you are able to pick up best practices quickly. If you're prepared to work hard and spend time learning, you'll absolutely love working there. Company is very generous in terms of benefits. Great insurance plan, matching 401k, incentives for education and collaboration. Omnitail also pays extremely well for the industry.

This isn't reflective of Omnitail in particular, but remote working isn't for everyone. Matt's done a great job of fostering community among the team. Some people just need an in-person workplace. The team consists of talented members from all over the country, so there are certainly pros to remote working.
