      Hard working software team and product team. Good technical engineers and senior sales executives.

      Sales Director, now president, had no eye for the team members who are working/not working. Further example of bad management now that he has become the president. Many great people left the organization in a few years. Not a place to grow. All talks no concrete results.

      they spent a lot of time on scrum, and not on technology, not talent enough to deliver the product, limit growth, and they only want you to focus something that is only useful to the company, it is not a place to build you career path
