Professional people all left the company. new people trying hard to grow up.

Not bad money, some good people to work with. Mostly local projects.

Bad management. Company is top-heavy atm. Engineers and people who really bring money and have hands-on experience are not valued here. It is family company and some people are here not for their competences but relations. Morale of staff is very low because of that.
