All the C-Level people are very approachable and will happily take a meeting to discuss new ideas. In fact, every quarter there's a "Brown Bag" meeting where the whole company sits down together (and phones in) to discuss sales initiatives, technological advancements made by R&D, and take questions. Very transparent and a great work/life balance.
