Good access to colleagues of more experience to gain knowledge from. Able to gather certifications for bonuses as a good incentive. Small business work environment.

Svantaggi

Difficulty getting time off. Raises come far and few with the raise itself being the bare minimum. Environment seems to sometimes be unnecessarily stressful.

The owners are incredibly welcoming and clearly care about their employees. They offer excellent benefits and a generous 401k package, as well as pay for employee lunches every Monday. They also plan a holiday dinner at a local restaurant each year. The office space is beautiful with lots of light. There's a kitchen with a refrigerator and microwave, and it's stocked with food and drinks on a monthly basis. Building management also brings in food trucks on Thursdays, and holds holiday events. The team is small, but full of heart. I'm always happy to see my fellow co-workers each morning. We don't hesitate to help each other when one of us has a problem. Thanks to a healthy work environment, turnover is low, and nearly half of the team has been with the company for 10+ years.
