Vantaggi
I met some amazing people working here.
Svantaggi
At first it was a dream, and then it became a nightmare. OnPay really was a great place to work at one point, when they invested in their employees and encouraged personal growth. They were building a great product. Unfortunately, it's not that way anymore. OnPay is now "focusing on efficiency," which means that they are squeezing everything they possibly can from employees. They don't want to pay for enough people to actually be able to meet business needs. And god help you if they decide you're not "efficient" enough to keep working for the company--they'll force you to quit by making your job more and more horrible and then making up contrived reasons to fire you for "cause." Management is opaque and dishonest. There is no recognition for accomplishments because they don't want smart people who accomplish things. They want people who don't make any waves or challenge their authority or point out things that are done badly. If this means getting rid of people who've been loyal to the company for many years, so be it.
