Frequent corporate events open to all employees allows everyone the ability to communicate with other project staff, including the president and other members of the leadership team. OnPoint pays bonuses to all levels of staff for outstanding performance and hard work. This is a family friendly company with emphasis on staff retention and quality of life.

Management sometimes allows under- and non-performers too many chances to fail, when they should be removing them from projects and positions quicker to make room for quality-driven employees.
