Wonderful people to work with; people stay here a long time. There's great flexibility and a culture where it's ok to disagree.

There's a lot going on and not always enough people in charge of various tasks/projects; it often felt like we were short a few people.

Small-ish in size, so you feel like you can have some impact. The business is growing, so pay is good. Healthcare is available.

Certain long-time members of the company are so set in their ways, that it holds the company back in terms of innovation. 401k has been "in the works" for a very long time. Overall, the industry is pretty boring.
