As a former employee, we were unclear on our positions and duties. Only weekly basis your job duty changed and never set standards were set or communicated to understand your process or position. Management was based off who you knew or and not skills or qualification. It was hard to get a firm answer for professional or business situations. but management only made verbal promises did so if it came back they threw their employees in the fire at all time. If you had a opinion you would be reprimanded or even terminated. Lot of broken promises given by the management or forgotten. Several of the Billing managers will play favoritism in front of other employees and turn to them for advise on how workflow should be determine. communication is non existent, you can be told one thing by one manager and another by other manger. you will never be told your progress, but you will be punish once you make one mistake. Mangers will never take the heat, the will always cover themselves. As far as one on ones, this is not in their vocabulary. Sometime acknowledgment is great, here not even a holiday pot luck will be considered, let alone quarterly and annual bonus, but management doesn't understand because bonus are pumped in to their bank accounts. More important, the employees hustle to meet the management unreachable goals and understand the trends needed to make success leaps, but this always falls on deaf hears, it would only be heard if it was relied to favored employees, and then would a blind eye seek resolution to issues at hand. please do not be fooled promises, they will be broken.
