For the most part we have firm but fair Directors and Management teams here at the corporate office. If you do your job and stay on task, then you shouldn't have any issues. If you want to play around all day and shirk your assigned tasks then this is not the place for you. This was a small company that is growing in leaps and bounds is it perfect? No, there have been some growing pains along the way for sure. But for the most part you will find a team that will support you professionally and personally if you give them half a chance. I have been a patient at several of our offices and our Providers & Locations are pretty amazing. Cynthia Rogers, Dr Van Scriver, Dr Lennon, Dr Graham, Dr Haynes, Dr Boone, to name just a few, and not to forget our Urgent Care Teams in Highlands Ranch and Dry Creek who have been there for my family and friends when we've needed them most. Susan in HR is AMAZING she is an asset to this organization and I'm grateful to have met her. She has always had an open door when I've needed advice professional as well as personal and for that I will be forever grateful. Our Meta in HR has the best attitude and such a bubbly personality and can make you forget you're are having a bad day! She always puts together fun holiday activities for us and tries to get all us fuddy duds up and moving on her scavenger hunts at corporate, as well as keeping our breakroom stocked with quick snacks beverages but most importantly coffee!

The fully stocked breakroom (joking) A few bad apples here and there but they will usually weed themselves out in the end. I have had one or two possibly three managers that I could have lived without ever meeting!
