I've never worked for a company that offers that before. *We have company goals, department goals, and individual goals, summarized by a thorough review process, so you always know where you stand. *It's a small enough company that if you have an idea - and it's a good idea - you can see it through and help make big improvements at the company. But it's not so small that you are constantly putting out fires and can't use your time efficiently. Pay is slightly under market value for some positions, but benefits tend to outweigh the lower salary. Also, because we have a scrappy start-up vibe, we lack some resources and are faced with having to solve problems ourselves that a larger company would have an entire department for solving.
