Everyone works from home which can be nice but it can also be isolating, there are very few social events so it is hard to get to know everyone. Some people can be aggressive, maybe because it is WFH so it isn't possible to speak face to face. They can also be critical of and even firing employees over small things.
The compensation is way below market (as I am sure everyone can see already when applying) and they have the minimum for benefits. They require you to work from home but then don't offer to help with anything you would normally find in an office.
They don't provide good tools to do your work. The laptops are not good quality and they try to save whenever possible on services and software.
