Vantaggi
The curriculum design is solid. Most colleagues are capable people.
Svantaggi
The core issue is that any criticism gets reframed as "not aligned with values" or "needing a growth mindset," so problems never actually get addressed. You point out something's broken, and management runs it through a positivity filter until it becomes an "opportunity to learn" — which just means nothing gets fixed and everyone stops talking about it. Meetings that are supposed to be about problems turn into cheerleading sessions instead. The culture rewards people who internalize the forced optimism and sidelines anyone who wants to discuss what's actually failing. After months of this you realize they don't genuinely want honest input — they want compliance dressed up as engagement. It's frustrating because the potential is there, but it's buried under mandatory enthusiasm that makes anything substantive impossible.
