      Chance to manage software product from the get-go, coordinating three development groups, creating design specifiations with stakeholders, and facilitating the work of geographically dispersed programmers.

      The company was severely undercapitalized. Prime stakeholders had no experience with the software industry. Pay was substandard, and benefits nonexistent. The company went bust before we had a chance to really show our stuff.

Every employee is unique in their own way and bring some of the best talent to their specific job. The office is an open working environment, which makes it easy to connect with the executive board at any point and time. The potential is there for this company to grow exponentially within the next few years for this company.

      As with any other start up company, the hours can be long, but the rewards of seeing the company grow and mature make it all worth it.
