1. TERRIBLE Management Some people shouldn't be in a position to manage people, which describes RB + KJ (the two bosses). They use negative language instead of positive reinforcement, threatening to take disciplinary action for being slightly off KPIs, and for things out of your control. Respect goes neither way in this company. 2. No HR - if you have a problem, deal with it, since the only person you can complain about the boss to is the boss, which doesn't work 3. Barely any CPD They claim "5 x the amount of CPD compared to anywhere else" which is just a lie. They offer 1 hour per week online, and don't take on board feedback regarding changes to benefit the employees. 4. Zero benefits Legal minimum amount of AL, no sick pay, no flexibility if you have an appointment, no health insurance. They don't invest in their employees, which explains why the company turnover is around 6 months. 5. No senior physiotherapists If you are unsure about something, which you will be as a new grad/junior, you mainly rely on yourself or your peers, who know around the same level as you. There's no seniors on site you can go to for help. 6. Below standard salaries Everyone starts on different salaries with the same experience. They only promote their favourites to seniors which also comes with a below average pay rise. No possibility for pay review before 12 months, which they may promise and go back on. They believe 25-30k is a liveable wage in london, but it is really not.
