Development if your face fits, internal management training is good for your CV

I felt undervalued and under appreciated. Expressed several times that I wanted to develop within the company to be told your not a manager so it isn't open to you or that I should concentrate on other things (gave me the impression that there wasn't a care for what I wanted) Mental health is a secondary thought, alot of push to recognise it but not support given to those that suffer (this also includes being demoted from senior positions if you express that you suffer from mental health illness/issues) Some senior management make it abundantly clear that they only care about them/their favourites but isn't addressed by those that manage them For a broker that has been operating for a number of years they still have the mindset of a new company which leads to heavy micromanagement of both advisors and manager's with little to no automation across the board Promotes internally for management which is good for those part of the company but this means the same issues arise constantly with no real sight of change Wage is described as 'reasonable' but its far below the average for the industry Gave many years to this company with no offer/incentives to keep me employed which made me feel even more undervalued and 'just a number'

Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review We request all staff to complete culture reviews and request feedback on how the company performs regularly and we also send staff that choose to leave to complete an exit review form, can I ask that you complete this so that we can gather the information and investigate your comments. There are many progression routes within the company, dependant on your perofmance, so I cant advise why this option wasnt available to you without checking your file so I would like to check that if you can provide your details it would be appreciated. Regarding Mental Health we have our own Mental Health Champions within the business and created this group of people over recent years as we are aware of the increase in people suffering with this, we also train our managers so that they can assist all staff with any issues. I can confirm it certainly is not something we would demote somebody for - again I would ask you to provide evidence of this so that we can investigate your comments. We do appreciate your comments and again I would encourage you to provide us with more feedback so that we can investigate We would like to wish you good luck with your future career Thanks again

Work-life balance, flexibility, easy-going and fun. I get along with everyone in the office, they have become my family.

Customer service can be challenging, especially when your target is a wide range. Can be hard to please everyone.
