Its all a lie. They play mind games. Daily Morning pep talks to “motivate you” but they only harass you. They sell you the idea of this could be a job to be retired at, but in reality you don't even care about this. Extremely manipulative management. The profile of hiring is someone who is lost, and has no idea of how to sell. Mostly to keep you in the business loop. They offer 3K salary guaranteed for a unknown weekly schedule. They sometimes want you to come back on Saturdays.

Office location close to transit.

This is hands down the worst work experience I've ever had. This company is a revolving door of employees that leave within the first 2 weeks or first couple of months to follow. They have a serious retention problem for a reason! Upper management and the sales managers have little to no processes in place and do not support staff. Clients think they are a scam and its shown directly in the small amount of business and deals they do. This company has no idea what they are doing when it comes to sales processes or handling employees. Pay not as advertised.
